RW360 treasures its partnership with Trail Life USA and welcomes the opportunity to work together to build generations of courageous young men to lead with integrity and serve others in ways that honor God.
RW360’s Mission is to develop and deliver innovative, affordable training in relational wisdom, peacemaking, coaching and conciliation that equips people around the world with skills that strengthen relationships, prevent and resolve conflict and promote justice and peace in ways that reveal the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Although the principles we teach are rigorous enough to be used by attorneys, church leaders, seminary professors, corporate CEO’s and military leaders, they are simple enough to be learned and applied by children and to be used in families to build more intimate and fulfilling marriages and enhance parenting skills, as revealed by these articles.
- Penetrating Barriers with the Gospel
- Raising Emotionally Stunted Boys
- Wounding and Healing
- The Compassionate Boxer
- Spanglish – The Secret of Being Influential with Your Children
Here are a few ways you can build these types of skills and joyful relational dynamics into your family:
- Read Preparing Your Children for Highly Relational Lives to learn how relational wisdom can change the course of your children’s lives.
- Lead your family through a study of relational wisdom (biblical emotional intelligence) and relational peacemaking by using our online courses or group study sets (use coupon “tlusa” for a 25% discount). Although these courses are being used in seminaries around the world, they are simple enough for 12-year-olds to understand and practice (see What Happens When Entire Families Study Relational Wisdom?)
- Teenagers who complete these courses will receive an official “Certificate in Relational Wisdom: Enhanced Emotional Intelligence” and “Certificate in Relational Peacemaking: Enhanced Conflict Resolution,” which will greatly enhance their resumes and distinguish them from their peers as they seek their first jobs and college scholarships (see EI in the Workplace: Supporting Articles).
- Read and discuss The Peacemaker: Student Edition with your teens. As simple as these skills are, they might someday day help your children pull their marriages back from the brink of divorce (see A SOG Confession).
- For younger children, use our Young Peacemaker Curriculum to ground them in peacemaking skills in their earliest years.
- To enhance your parenting skills for the often challenging teenage years, pursue RW360’s coaching courses, which will help you learn how to put aside the temptation to lecture your children and instead use just the right questions to penetrate their “force fields” (see Penetrating Barriers with the Gospel and Spanglish).
- If you have teenagers who are about to launch into adulthood, read and discuss Overcoming Artificial Maturity to help them avoid the mistakes that many young people make when they leave home.
- For more advanced training in skills you can use to strengthen your relational skills, deepen your marriage and advance your job performance and career advancement, see our Academic Catalog.
