RW360’s training programs integrate relational wisdom with the peacemaking principles set forth in Ken Sande’s book, The Peacemaker, which has sold over 500,000 copies in twenty languages.
These programs are available 100% online. Our basic courses are available in both “faith-based” and “values-based” (secular) versions and have been approved for professional continuing education credit.

Basic Training is designed to equip individuals to personally apply the principles of relational wisdom and peacemaking in their own families, churches and workplaces.
Our two basic courses, Discovering Relational Wisdom and Relational Peacemaking are prerequisites for all other training courses.
Intermediate Training is designed to equip individuals to train and assist others to practice relational wisdom and peacemaking in their families, churches and work lives.
This level of training is available for shepherding, instructing, coaching and conciliating.
Advanced Training is designed to equip church, ministry and workplace leaders or managers with enhanced skills that improve their job performance and enable them to lead and serve others more effectively.
This level of training is available for shepherding, instructing, coaching and conciliating.
Certification Training is designed to provide ongoing training and accountability for individuals who are serving as coaches or conciliators at a professional level.
This level of training is available for coaching and conciliating.
