Getting Upstream of Conflict
Ken Sande founded the Christian Conciliation Service of Montana in 1982 to mediate and arbitrate legal disputes between Christians. After the publication of his best selling book, The Peacemaker, which has sold over 500,000 copies in 20+ languages, this ministry grew into a global organization that was eventually renamed the “Institute for Christian Conciliation” and later “Peacemaker Ministries.”
In 2012, Ken launched “Relational Wisdom 360 (aka, “RW360”) to a develop a new generation of training resources that integrate peacemaking, emotional intelligence, life coaching and conciliation and equip people with improved relational skills they can use to not only resolve conflict but also to prevent it from occurring in the first place.
By God’s grace, RW360’s training resources are now being used to resolve conflict and transform relationships in over 60 countries. As Isaiah 26:12 aptly reminds us, “All that we have accomplished, God has done for us.”

RW360’s Mission is to develop and deliver innovative, affordable training in relational wisdom, peacemaking and conciliation that equips people around the world with skills that strengthen relationships, prevent and resolve conflict and promote justice and peace in ways that reveal the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
