Seminar Overview

This seminar provides an introduction to the theology, benefits and practical applications of relational wisdom, which is an enhanced form of emotional intelligence. These enhancements include the integration of a biblical worldview, acrostics that accelerate skill development and personal growth, practical life applications and multiple demonstration videos.

Instructor

Patti is a Certified Navigators Life and Leadership Coach as well as a Certified Relational Wisdom Instructor with RW360. She has been coaching church ministry leaders since 2013 and coaching workplace teams in Relational Wisdom since 2018. Her passion is to merge Relational Wisdom training with coaching to enable individuals and work teams gain healthy relational team dynamics for greater personal growth and corporate productivity.  She became increasingly passionate about coaching the more she experienced how much teaching became transformational when partnered with coaching.   Patti is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation. She serves on the Train Develop Care team with The Navigators as a Coaching Specialist.
