Colin is passionate about helping people, teams, and organizations grow toward health, purpose, and meaningful impact. With a background in organizational leadership and community development, he brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to guiding individuals and groups toward greater clarity, collaboration, and flourishing.

Colin holds an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a BS in Environmental Systems Science and Natural Resources from the University of Wyoming. His leadership philosophy is grounded in servant-leadership, deep listening, and a commitment to honoring the unique personhood, strengths, and gifting of each individual.

As part of the team at Relational Wisdom 360, Colin supports teaching and training programs that equip Christians to build strong, enduring, and appealing relationships that reflect the transforming power of the gospel. His work is shaped by a desire to help people grow in emotional wisdom, relational maturity, and Christ-centered leadership.

Colin’s experience also includes co-founding Rail//Line Coffee: A Redemptive Coffeehouse, a community-centered initiative created to serve the neighborhood and support young adults facing barriers to employment. Through that work, he helped cultivate pathways for young adults toward meaningful work, healthy relationships, and renewed opportunity.

Outside of work, Colin enjoys being active with his wife and kids, whether that is in the mountains or around downtown. His life and work are shaped by the restorative love, hope, joy, and light of Christ.
