About Russ Fagg

Russ Fagg began practicing law in 1987. He eventually served as a City Prosecutor and Deputy County Attorney. In 1996, he was elected as a State District Court judge in Billings, Montana. Over the next twenty-two years, he handled over 25,000 cases.

In 2017, Russ retired from the bench and established law firm specializing in mediation and arbitration, handling over 800 cases involving complex civil, personal injury, ranch, contract, estate, construction and family issues, some of which included multi-million-dollar claims.

Russ has completed a wide variety of training programs from the National Judicial College, the American Arbitration Association and Relational Wisdom 360.

Russ has been a follower of Jesus for many years, and welcomes the opportunity to serve others by using his God-given abilities through Christian conciliation.

Russ has been married for 33 years to Karen, and has 28 year-old twins, Harrison and Barclay.
