Nita Buchanan

For over forty years, Nita Buchanan has served faithfully in local church ministry alongside her husband, Bob, walking with hurting congregations and helping them face the deeper issues that often fuel conflict. Her ministry is marked by compassion, courage, and a steady trust in Christ’s power to heal.

Nita spent twelve years as a Sexual Abuse Counselor in Minnesota, offering tender, wise care to survivors. As a survivor herself, she brings deep empathy and a hopeful confidence in God’s redemptive work.

Her background in medical clinics and Corporate America strengthened her leadership and her ability to care for people in vulnerable moments. She helped establish Restoration Ministries in two churches and continues to offer conflict coaching, mediation, and counseling with grace.

A certified Conciliator and Mediator and a trained Precepts Teacher, Nita is passionate about helping others experience healing and learn God’s Word in life‑shaping ways.
