About Rich Douglass
Dr. Rich Douglass is a retired USAF Lieutenant Colonel and F16 fighter pilot, strategic planner, Conflict Resolution coach, and certified Christian Conciliator.
En route to an MA in Biblical Exposition and a DMin in Global Leadership, Rich combined triathlon training and racing with ministry through Fellowship of Christian Athletes – Endurance (FCA-E), an international network of evangelical endurance athletes. He and his wife Donna taught evangelism training for FCA-E all over the US and were the founders of the Endurance Ministry Institute.
Donna and Rich have served as missionaries in Kenya and Palau. Rich has also served in pastoral assignments here in the US and has most recently joined the RW360 team as the Director of Strategic Initiatives. He has a deep love for the Scriptures, overseas and local missions, the pastorate and is very passionate about the Church.
