Stacey McKay

Stacey McKay is the Broker/Owner of Rental Home Management Services, Inc. Since 2015 Stacey has served as President of Property Management University, LLC dba: Stacey McKay Company a permitted Florida Real Estate School.

Stacey has served in Church lay leadership for 30 years, with a passion for Peacemaking, Pastoral care, and Grief Ministry. Stacey was Ordained as a Minister in 2024 at Hope City Church where she served on the Pastoral Speaking team for 5 years prior to her Ordination. Stacey is a conflict coach, mediator and became an Advanced Relational Wisdom Instructor in 2019.

She enjoys presenting Relational Wisdom to her sphere of influence in the field of Real Estate which she has worked in for 40 years. In 2026, Stacey was sworn in as the President-elect for NARPM the State Chapter for Florida, a National Trade Association for Property Managers, she shares and teaches Relational Wisdom to business leaders. She is a member of Business Network International joining BNI in 2009.
