Wallace Johnson

Wallace Johnson is President and CEO of Southeast Culvert, Inc., a multi-generational family business serving the southeastern United States with stormwater piping solutions. For Wallace, business is more than production and performance—it is a calling. As a Christian leader, his purpose is to glorify God by faithfully cultivating the “garden” of God’s ordered intentions, a mission that shapes both his leadership and the culture of the company.

With 37 years in the industry—including roles as Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and now CEO—Wallace brings deep experience and steady leadership to a highly competitive field. Under his guidance, Southeast Culvert has expanded its footprint across Georgia and Florida while staying focused on impacting employees, customers, and communities in meaningful ways.

Wallace has served on the Board of Directors for the National Corrugated Steel Pipe Association, including roles as Product Promotions Chair and President. He is also a longtime member of Convene, a Christian CEO peer group, and has served with Chabar Ministries.

He leads with a commitment to truth and grace, growth and development, and relationships and results. Wallace is passionate about becoming more like Christ and helping others do the same. He is a proud father of three and grandfather of three, attends Bethlehem Church in Bethlehem, GA, and enjoys hiking, fishing, boating, and time with his family.
