I’m pleased to announce the formation of a new ministry partnership with Crossroads Resolution Group LLC. This relationship expands our ability to provide churches, ministries, and businesses with professional, biblically-grounded conflict resolution services.
CRG is led by two gifted conciliators with whom I had the privilege to work while leading Peacemaker Ministries, who are now part of RW360’s Professional Team.
David Schlachter served as the Vice President of Peacemakers’ Conciliation Division from 2005 to 2012. He applied his broad legal experience in hundreds of conciliation cases and guided ongoing improvements to the ministry’s Conciliator Certification Program.
After serving as lead pastor in four churches, Paul Cornwell joined Peacemakers as a Senior Ministry Consultant in 2009. He led mediation efforts in conflicted churches and ministries and played a key role in upgrading our training for resolving organizational conflict.
David and Paul launched CRG in 2012 and have built a team of ten highly skilled Christian conciliators throughout the U.S. By cross-training in biblical peacemaking, Christian conciliation, and relational wisdom, these men and women have earned our designation as Certified Relational Conciliatorsâ„¢.
This combination of skills gives them the ability to provide an array of ministry services.
- They provide biblically grounded conflict coaching, mediation, and binding arbitration to resolve church, ministry, organizational, business, leadership, and family conflict.
- As they work with conflicted churches, ministries and organizations, they mentor the leaders in conflict coaching so they can continue leading their people toward genuine reconciliation.
- They provide training in relational wisdom and biblical peacemaking to equip congregations and organizations to build stronger relationships and resolve future conflicts quickly and personally.
I’m proud to partner with this team of skilled conciliators and recommend their services to any church, ministry, business or organization that needs assistance in resolving conflict or learning how to build stronger relationships.
If you’re facing a conflict and want to learn more about CRG’s services, simply fill out one of their request for assistance forms.
And if you know of any other church or ministry that’s struggling with conflict, please pass this post on to them. The sooner organizations engage these well-trained conciliators, the more likely they are to see a constructive resolution to their differences.
