Bobby Little has served as the Executive Director of Christian Embassy since 2007. Prior to this he had a career in the U.S. Army. He has a Political Science degree from Hampton University and a Public Relations degree from Syacuse University. He holds a professional certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organization Performance.

Bobby and his wife, Shiela, live in northern Virginia and have facilitated numerous relational wisdom training events on Capitol Hill and at the Pentagon, which have strengthened the relational and peacemaking skills of Congressional staff, foreign ambassadors and diplomates and military personnel.
