Kay holds a master’s degree in Conflict Management from Trinity College of the Bible and Seminary and has over 20 years of experience as a Biblical Counselor (Certified in 2012). She has been trained in conflict coaching and mediation by both Peacemaker Ministries and the Association of Biblical Counselors and is a Certified Instructor for Relational Wisdom. Kay loves connecting the dots. Using spiritual discernment, she listens to the Holy Spirit, the Word of God, and the people she coaches or counsels, to hold space for emerging insight, clarity, and a confident path forward.
Kay offers conflict coaching to individuals navigating interpersonal conflict within families, churches, communities, and organizations.
