Custom RW Seminar, 1/27-3/3
**In house training for Billings Christian School only**
Seminar Overview
Being relationally wise is tough! Education is all about relationships with students, parents, teachers, and administrators Therefore, one of the wisest investments you can make is to enhance your relational skills by learning relational wisdom (RW). Relational wisdom—an enhanced form of emotional intelligence—is your ability to discern emotions and interests in yourself and in others, to interpret them in the light of Scripture, and to use these insights to manage your responses and relationships successfully. This seminar presents the neurological and theological basis for relational wisdom. It provides tools that you can use to enhance your relational skills, improve job performance, reduce conflict at home, church, in the workplace, and enhance your witness for Christ.
In this training, the RW Team will present real-life examples and provide strategies for utilizing RW360 skills in a Christian School. This training is targeted at the students at BCS. A vital component of the 4-week workshop will be developing RW aptitude and practices to empower students. Learning how to build strong, cohesive, and effective relationships is critical and life-changing.
