Recently I was offended by a colleague – I felt as if my motives were judged and along with that, their assumptions about me.

So what COULD have happened did not…I did not lose my temper, withdraw, or gossip to others in a feigned attempt to make myself feel and look better.

I did not lose a trusted friend and colleague.

How? It’s called RELATIONAL WISDOM. To navigate this situation well I needed to apply my tools and prayer to come to a positive resolution.

I had to start with myself and ask:

• What was I feeling?
• Where were those feelings coming from?
• When else do I tend to experience these emotions
• I kept peeling back the layers with the support of a trusted coach.

After applying my Relational Wisdom tools, I approached my colleague with a new mindset and a plan. The results?

• Emotional relief
• Better understanding of their “why”
• Plan to move forward
• Mutual empathy

What could have been destructive became CONSTRUCTIVE; building our team relationship, not weakening it.

Over the course of 8 Zoom sessions, you will become familiar with the Relational Wisdom 360 Model® and use it to practice with other participants. By the end of the course you will have the skills and the confidence to use Relational Wisdom in your work and home contexts

FAQs

What will I need to connect to the online class?

A computer or iPad.  Classes will will take place using  Zoom.  You will need enough bandwith to have video feature turned on. If joining as a couple, please note that each person will need their own device to connect.

Do I need to be there all 8 sessions?

Yes, because each day builds on the next, you need to attend all 10 sessions.

What’s the refund policy?

You may choose a refund minus Eventbrite fees if you cancel more than 7 days before the event. No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 7 days before the event. To  transfer your registration to another person, please email us.
