One of my greatest joys is being able to serve people who have an urgent need and genuine desire to improve their relational skills, such as this desperate mother:
I have been frustrated and angry for fourteen years with all the fighting that goes on with four children. I have tried everything to make it better but was about to give up, shut my bedroom door and leave them to fight it out on their own.
Tonight, as two of my girls were fighting over why the older one sat in the younger one’s chair, I decided to go online and came across the RW360 course. I know it’s not a magic bullet, but I think this could really help our family.
After years of being a stay-at-home mom, I went back to work this year. Things are now even more stressful and finances are very tight. I would appreciate it if there was a way for our entire family to receive scholarships to do this course.
Drawing on a scholarship fund made possible by donors like you, we were able to provide this family free access to our online training.
We’ve granted hundreds of similar full and partial scholarships to people around the world, including financially limited pastors who are eager to teach their people how to “get upstream of conflict.” But our scholarship fund is nearing zero. Your generous gift today would enable us to continue meeting these urgent needs.
We also have a pressing need for your help in funding a major missions project in May. For the third year in a row, we’ve been invited to teach at the European Leadership Forum in Poland, which draws over 700 church, ministry and seminary leaders from throughout Europe.
In addition to teaching a full RW seminar, multiple workshops, and custom training for a university ministry in the Czech Republic as well as a network of Christian artists, we will be launching a new Year-round Mentoring Program designed to prepare a group of twenty select men and women to teach relational wisdom in their homelands (see comments from their applications below).
I need to take three other members of our staff with me to Poland in order to fulfill these special teaching and mentoring opportunities. We need an additional $15,000 in contributions to cover these costs.
This is where your generous giving comes in.
Our goal is to raise $30,000 this month, which would replenish our scholarship fund and enable us to carry out the upcoming training in Europe.
Would you please make a one-time gift of $500, $1,000 or $5,000, or a monthly pledge of $10, $25 or $100 to allow us to maintain our focus and momentum?
We are passionately committed to enhancing the witness of the global church by equipping Christians to better live out the two Great Commandments, which are purely relational: to love God with all our hearts and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
Please support us in this vital ministry through your regular prayers and through your generous giving today! (Click here to make a gift.)

PS: As you pray about supporting these efforts, I hope you’ll be inspired by some of the comments people wrote when applying to be included in our European Year-round Mentoring Program:
“My wife and I could use relational wisdom in so many ways as church planters! To strengthen our cross-cultural marriage and be better parents and wiser mentors to the men and women in our church. We also hope to use it evangelistically, hosting seminars on succeeding in relationships at work.”
“I want to improve my ability to disciple women from different Polish cities to grow in their relationship with Christ, manage difficult marriages and learn how to share the gospel. But most of all I would like to improve my own ability to manage my emotions and be a better wife and mom to our sons.“
“I would have many opportunities to use RW in my work as a school psychologist and my ministry to families affected with disabilities. It’s hard for me to be vulnerable in my own relationships, so I also want to use these skills to strengthen my marriage.”
“After years of ministry, I experienced a burnout because I was not wise in relationships with other people. I was hurt so many times and finally realized I was hurting other people too. By God’s grace I am back pastoring again and hope to use relational wisdom to learn how to relate to people, myself and God in healthy ways.”
“I have connections with 300 believers from different denominations in Poland and abroad. I look forward to helping them learn how to build stronger relationships and resolve conflicts in a way that draws others to God.”
“I am pastoring two churches. I also have a discipleship group and work with youth group leaders. My main passion is evangelism so I have regular meetings with unbelievers. I want to learn to be a better shepherd, witness and example for others.”
